GEOBREAD HOUSES



AFTER A UNIT ON GEOMETRY, STUDENTS MADE A GEOBREAD HOUSE. STUDENTS MADE INTERSECTING AND PARALLEL LINES IN MAKING THE HOUSE. THE HOUSES WERE DECORATED WITH CANDY THAT WERE SHAPES STUDIED.

December 14-18

Geobread Supplies - Cube shaped tissue box – This should be empty. (Any similar box is fine.) 2-12 oz. containers of commercial frosting – No WHIP ICING - Frosting from can should be placed into two large (not sandwich) Ziploc bags. Bags should be zipped. One box plain graham crackers – Kroger brand doesn’t work. Rectangles are needed not squares. These supplies are to be brought to school on Tuesday, December 15. Class supplies still needed are caramels, gum balls, and Buggles.

Students do not need a lunch on Thursday. The class won a pizza party from LaRosa's.
